Manager, Digital Demand Generation

REMOTE / FULL-TIME

Founded by third-generation farmers, CODA Farm Technologies is a growing agricultural technology company bringing cloud-based automation to agricultural irrigation. We’ve built a product that makes farmers’ lives easier while saving huge amounts of water and carbon emissions. Now we need your help to get that product into as many farmers’ hands as possible.

We are looking for someone who knows how to blend art with algorithm to build and execute an effective digital marketing strategy targeting a highly specific audience. What you’ll do in the Manager, Digital Demand Generation role:

You will report to CODA’s Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for:

Developing a Coordinated Digital Demand Marketing Strategy:

  • Design, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns that drive short-term and long-term growth
  • Create and continuously improve landing pages on the CODA website using WordPress
  • Pioneer the use of digital marketing techniques to reach farmers in rural areas in the United States and internationally

Managing Day-to-Day Execution

  • Oversee creative vendor management, including contracting, invoicing, and payments
  • Make digital and in-print media buys to execute the marketing plan
  • Take ownership of the company’s SEO strategy and performance

Tracking and Analyzing Demand Generation Success:

  • Provide the CEO and other stakeholders, including investors, with accurate analytics and data reporting at regular intervals
  • Develop and maintain appropriate KPIs to drive continuous innovation of our marketing efforts
  • Have a data-driven mindset and continually optimize campaigns to build and scale a highly efficient mix

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the innovation and creative to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition
  • Experience building marketing infrastructure and owning successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience in managing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience

DIRECTOR OF BRAND & MARKETING

REMOTE / FULL-TIME

What you’ll do in the Director of Brand & Marketing role:

You will report to CODA’s Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for:

Managing and Enhancing the Company and Product Brands:

  • Expand and manage a compelling and unique brand and image that attracts customers and strategic partners to our products and services
  • Develop a multi-faceted brand strategy and architecture that combines CODA’s focuses on clean technology and improving farmers’ day-to-day lives
  • Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies

Developing A Coordinated Marketing Strategy:

  • Guide the formulation of marketing strategies, budgets, and processes appropriate to an organization of CODA’s size
  • Collaborate with executive-level management to develop and set marketing goals and long-term plans to maximize overall efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products
  • Pioneer the use of digital marketing techniques to reach farmers in rural areas in the United States and internationally

Managing Day-to-Day Execution
